1. Return Conditions
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- We do not accept returns on sale items, undergarments, swimwear, or personalised products unless they are damaged or defective.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at info@jandjclothing.co.uk with the following details:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- Clear photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
We will respond with return instructions and the return address.
Note: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees and any duties or taxes paid at the time of delivery are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the product for a refund and place a new order.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will cover the return costs and offer a replacement or full refund.
6. Customs, Duties & Charges
Any additional charges such as customs duties or import taxes (where applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable in the event of a return.
